A Study On The Road To New Industrilizaiton Based On Technological Innovation

Comrade Jiang Zemin puts forward in the 16th CPC congress that we must go a "insist informatization spurs industrialization on while industrialization promotes informatization, with high-tech., better economic returns, low consumption of resources, less contamination of environment, and human resource advantage into full play the new industrialization pathway". And new industrialization depends on technology innovation and the worker quality to improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth. To take a new road to industrialization, the most key is technology innovation. And only according to technology innovation,can we improve scientific and technological ability for innovation. So that it can promote the development of productive forces , to push forward economic development, to reduce energy consumption, to improve the environment and relieve employment pressure. Anyway, we should make a accelerated development of high and new technology and industry, to promote the development of new type industrialization.Therefore, this article analyzes the new industrialization based on technology innovation. This paper firstly discusses the technical innovation and new industrialization relationship problems, and proposes the mechanism of its inherent relationship. Technical innovation is an engine of growth, technology innovation has improved labor productivity, and promoted the upgrading of the industrial structure of main factors. Technological innovation is the inevitable requirement of new industrialization, it will not reduce pollution and reduce the energy consumption without the support of technological innovation. Informatization rapid development is inseparable from technology innovation; it also need technological innovation to improve technological content and the economic benefits ,Otherwise , human resources fully also need technical innovation. Anyhow technology innovation can promote new-type industrialization, and it gives a support to new-type industrialization . According to the technical innovation and new industrialization process, it points out the internal mechanism research that technical innovation improves new-type industrialization through science and technology innovation. In view of the technical innovation and new industrialization intrinsic mechanism research, and it gives a conclusion based on empirical research to the technology innovation respectively with the new industrialization of other criterion strata index. Finally, it gives counterplans for the new-type industrialization based on the technology innovation from the present situation of new industrialization and technology innovation. For example, strengthening R&D input intensity, and to enhance the enterprise the research and development ability; Vigorously developing high-tech enlarges to high-tech support; developing recycling economy based on technology innovation.
