A Study On The Way For The Urbanization Of The Four Cities In The Huaibei Region

The city is the symbol of human society advances and the crystallization of human civilization.As the strategic center area of social and economic development,the development of the city has significant effect on promoting the development of urban individual industries and the surrounding rural.The development of productivity is the premise of urbanization development,the rise of modern industrial revolution brought the emergence of big industrial and socialized production,a large number of newly built city emerged,the urban population increased rapidly,and the urbanization development speed up.The great impact of the urban development for humanity led to actively explore and research of urbanization.The earliest foreign research for urbanization began from 19th century,research scope involve demography, geography, sociology, economics, and so each subject.These subjects studied and described urbanization phenomenon respectively from the population migration, land and regional dimensional change, the change of lifestyle and the evolution of industrial structure and so on the different angle.The urbanization is an inexorable law governing human development with the continuous development of urbanization urbanization level gradually become important indexes of the measure of economic, social, cultural and scientific and technological level in a country or regional.China's urbanization development began in the 1980s.As a large agricultural nation,China's urbanization development has extremely vital significance to solve the problems in rural China, and promote the modernization and industrialization development of China.So,China has gradually improved the urbanization development to the height of the national strategic development task,every region of China actively accelerate urbanization.Nowadays,China is in the extremely important moment of both social transition and economic transition,On the one hand to establish a socialist market economy,on the other hand, we must accelerate the transformation of our nation from agricultural society to industrial society.This complex situation led to China's urbanization development with our own characteristics and problems.At the same time,China has vast rural areas,great number of rural population,the rural development lie behind generally.lt is difficult to rely on big cities only to pull and help the development of urbanization,the growth of rural areas is more important.China should develop the rural in order to promote the urbanization progress, rather than making big cities as the center as in abroad.Therefor,the urbanization in China is acturaly the development of rural areas.In the trend of urbanization development,Anhui province actively accelerate the pace of urbanization.With the improving of the level of economy and the industrialization,the urbanization process of Anhui province has been obviously paced up,Currently has entered the stage of rapid growth.However, comparing with the national average level and the level of other developed regional, the urbanization constructing of Anhui still lags behind,the overall urbanization level is not high,and there is grreat imbalance and disparity between different regions.Especially for the huaibei region where the industry foundation is weak,the level of urbanization is more lower,the development of urbanization is more different.So,the way for urbanization should also has its own characteristics.This paper takes the four city of huaibei city,fuyang city,bozhou city, suzhou city of anhui asthe research objects.These four cities is in the northwest area of anhui province,they are close to each other in geography, the four cities's total area account for 1/5 of that of anhui province.Economically, the economic development level of these four city is comparatively backward. The three cities are all traditional agriculture citities,except the huaibei city which takes the resources industry as prime industy.According to the close contact of the four cities in geography, economy, resources, industrial development, and other aspects,this paper makes them as one urban agglomeration.The empirical analysis shows that,in these four cities,the composition of labor is most farmers,and industry structure is agricultural primarily, the backward of agricultural developmentin the region is the fundamental reason for urbanization falling behind.Since,Since, the basic way for huaibei four cities's ubanizationies should be let the interaction among the municipal cities for leading,solving the "SAN nong" questions as breakthrough,based on small towns development, the development agro-processing industry as key.Promote investment activitily,advancethe urbanization development solidly,will produce a comprehensive and long-term economic and social benefits.There are all four chapters in this paper,the third and the forth chapters are the study keys.The third chapter first research the present situation and characteristics of economy development, and urbanization development of huaibei four cities, the problems existing in the development of urbanization, find out the restricting factors.The fourth chapter discusses the urbanization development way based on the analysis in the previous chapter.With overall development of four cities for the premise, solve "SAN nong" questions,speed up the industrial upgrading,solve the problems of rural land circulation and Labour free flow.Finally, according to the actual situation of the four cities, formulate concrete development measures respectively.
