The Study Of The Urban Development Model On The Non-central Region

The Chinese cities are experiencing an important development stage. In the turn of the century, with China entering the WTO as the symbol, transforming the government functions and reforming the politics as the core, the Chinese cities are facing a new reforming. How meet the globalization challenge, and hold the globalization opportunity, is the significant topic which the Chinese cities are facing. This paper take Chinese urbanized tide as the historical background, discussed the urbanized related theory, the rule and the influence factor, defined the central city and the non-central city region space scope as well as the non-central city urbanization concept, carried on the system analysis to the urbanized power mechanism from the intrinsic power and the external power two aspects, and summarized and induced the domestic and foreign urbanized development models that has already existed. In this foundation, taking the sustainable development, the Humanism and so on principles as the instruction, analyzing the present urbanized development situation and characteristics in the Nanhui District , Shanghai, this paper has carried on the preliminary exploration about urbanized development mechanism, the characteristics and the models in the Nanhui District in the future.At first, this paper has analyzed our country urbanization background, the paper purpose and significance, to propose the paper basic researching ways and frame. The next, this paper has combined the urbanized development theories, the rules, the principles, the influence factors and the power mechanisms with the example of the urbanization development models, to carry on the systemic analysis and the research——basic research.The third, this paper on the basis of the facts in Nanhui, has analyzed all kinds of the situation characteristics in the process of urbanization developing at present, and then carried on the exploration to the urbanization development models in Nanhui. In the paper ending, this paper has carried on the systemic summary to the preliminary exploration result: The urbanization development in Nanhui, already can not be thesolely big cities model, also can not be the one-sidedly small cities model. But only can act on the existing economic potentialities and characteristics in Nanhui, following the objective law of urbanization development and doing what one can do, adopt the priority developing medium scale central cities or the medium and small scale central cities model. Finally achieves the coordination development of the urbanization and the industrialization, the city and countryside construction and the economical development, achieves the coordination development of the economy,social and environment in Nanhui ------ key research.Finally, this paper to the question which was going to be studied has also made a brief elaboration.
