The Study Of Agricultural Industry Chain Problems In AnHui Province

Since ancient times, agriculture has always been the foundation of our national economy, while agriculture in Anhui Province, a big agricultural province in China, in which both its rich natural resources and evident location advantages benefit agricultural development a lot, has occupied the dominant position.In recent years, the output of major agricultural products in Anhui Province ranks in the forefront in the country. However, there are many problems in the Anhui Province's agricultural industry chain, such as a relatively short agricultural industry chain, low efficiency of its agricultural industry chain and the weak link in the added value in the chain, etc.These problems make the agricultural industry chain in Anhui Province imperfect and affect the transformation of agriculture in Anhui Province into modern agriculture. The theory of agricultural industry chain suggests that the optimized agricultural industrial chain includes three aspects:the extension, integration and promotion of the agricultural industry chain.The three aspects not only promote the appreciation of the agricultural industry chain but impulse and affect the development of substantial fields in national economy. Therefore, this paper first introduces the synthesis of relevant researches at home and abroad, and then sets forth the industry chain and the theory of agricultural industry chain, and on this basis, analyses current strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in the development of the agricultural industry chain in Anhui Province through the SWOT model according to actual conditions of agricultural development in Anhui Province.In addition, the paper puts forward how to optimize the agricultural industry chain in Anhui Province----namely some policy proposals including improving the overall technology and science quality of the agricultural industry chain in Anhui Province, promoting participators'market competitiveness in the chain, focusing on the key links of the development of the chain, integrating relevant links of the chain and establishing of a sound corresponding construction etc.----ointing to unbalanced development of the chain, a "fine under the rough" shape of the chain, the weak key added value link, the low overall quality of the chain and the unclose relation of every links in the chain so as to speed up the adjustment of agricultural industry structure and improve the competitiveness of agriculture in Anhui Province.
