Micro-credit Company, as the innovation of our financial system, is important to relieve the shortage of funds for "agriculture, countryside and farmers", small and medium-sized enterprises, and also to promote employment etc. In addition, it is of great significance for the organization of private financial resources by local government, opening up new ways to promote harmonious development of the regional economy. There are more than 110 thousand small and medium-sized enterprises and individually--wned businesses in Anhui Province and they are mostly distributed in the county domain. Micro-credit Company greatly promotes the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and rural economy in Anhui, the number of which grows rapidly, ranking first in central provinces. However, there still exist many problems in the micro-credit company's core competitiveness in Anhui, including a lack of understanding of the core competitive force, a weak risk management technology, and a deficient incentive-restricted mechanism. Based on the previous researches, the thesis aims at analyzing Anhui micro-credit company core competitive situation and existing problems, attempting to proposes the author's own understandings and suggestions.In this paper, the Core Competiveness Theory of micro-credit company is first introduced. The author holds that if micro-credit company wants to survive and develop in the present market competition, they need to utilize the survival and development of enterprise management to construct and cultivate the core competitive ability of micro-credit company. Since the core competitiveness of the enterprise presents as strategic resources, micro-credit company can rapidly occupy market position and gain the excess profit through cultivating and enhance their core competitiveness. Core competencies can be roughly divided into two major technical and managerial capacities. And micro-credit company has such advantages as banks, corporations and private financial. Hence, core competitiveness of the micro-credit company is given a detailed analysis to summarize multi-dimensional elements of core competitiveness. The core ability of Micro-credit company can be summarized as a complex system which is able to innovate as the center, to support products and services marketing, to link between public relations coordination and management, and to contact close between the various subsystems and support each other. Then through the investigation of situation of Anhui micro-credit companies, we can propose the restricting factors core competence of micro-credit companies in Anhui. As far as core competiveness is concerned, the specific strategies have been put forward to promote the core competitiveness of micro-credit companies.
