Several years ago the college and university corporations(C&UC) came into the securities market and became a shiny group. However, today most of those companies were to be abandoned by everyone even so do the counterpart C&U. Most of people believe that the main reason is due to their decreasing earnings.There are some suspicions to the C&UC appeared in society. Some people deem that the C&UC should not come into the securities market because the C&UC cannot afford the high adventures. Other people believe that the C&UC came into the securities market is beyond question. The paper points out that the bad earnings is the main issue of these arguments and the solution to the decreasing profits is the main thing. The paper further points out that lack of the core competence ability is mainly contributing to that the C&UC have no good profits.The paper firstly makes a retrospect of the C&UC development process and the background and the relationship between the technological innovation and the core competence ability. In the following paragragh the paper comes to an propose to the development of the C&UC through contrast between domestic and foreign successful companies.We can find that every successful company always has its own core competence ability and they all put on emphasis on the technological innovation.Therefore the C&UC should do so if they want to make great progress in the future.The paper analysis the deep reasons of the bleak future of the C&UC and some advises are following them from the pointview of micro-reasons of the technological innovation. |
