After studying the relevant literature about technological innovation at home and abroad,it is a worthy subject to further study to find the theoretical relationship between technological innovation ability and knowledge integration of science and technology enterprises.Based on the study and collation of relevant literatures about knowledge integration and technological innovation ability at home and abroad,this paper selects WDC as the research object to conduct research on the cultivation of technological innovation ability and influence of technological innovation direction of technological enterprises from the perspective of knowledge integration.First,the basic situation of WDC and the current situation of the enterprise are introduced.Secondly,it analyzes its growth history from establishment and expansion to becoming an industry giant,and analyzes the growth route of knowledge integration behavior and technological innovation ability through it.Finally,from the perspective of knowledge integration,the strategy and implementation of the company's knowledge integration and technology innovation ability are given.This article studies on regulation of enterprise innovation ability of science and technology has important reference meaning and improve enterprise competitiveness,at the same time for the enterprise culture from the perspective of knowledge integration and promote technology innovation ability provides guidance method,help domestic enterprises on the basis of absorbing the successful experience of international business,promote knowledge integration and technology innovation ability,to promote our country enterprise of science and technology to achieve the "construction of science and technology,world powers goal" has important theoretical significance.
