With the development of city economy,the leisure time is growing,but the high speed of city life also bring the press to the residents, so, the function of entertainment is more and more important. The commercial entertainment as the important recreational activities of the present residents, it's not only the power of development of city, but also the feature of quality of life. In recent years, the number and category of commercial entertainment places have grew up in urban areas, which drew the attention of the academic field. However, the domestic scholars haven't paid much attention to the research in spatial structure.Base on the review of the research on the commercial entertainment, the common concept and category of commercial entertainment venues is defined, analyzing the factors that affect layout of commercial entertainment. Social classification stabilizes the residential space and consumptive space, different classification reveal their own feature through different consumption, commercial entertainment have culture, people would choose commercial entertainment that have similar culture, summarizing the spatial rank and spatial structure of commercial entertainment. Lastly, through demonstrative researching on the consumptive feature and spatial structure of the commercial entertainment places of the citizen from NanChang, farther proving the reliable of the paper, and advancing aspect of the paper.
