The Spatial Evolution And Driving Mechanism Of Tourism Land In Nanchang

As a new land use mode,tourism land is an important carrier and material basis of tourism economic development,the development of tourism has an increasing demand of land,and the scope of tourism land is gradually expanding.In this paper,through the study of tourism land related theory and the research of actual situation of Nanchang city,the tourism land is classified relatively scientifically,with the help of ArcGIS software and field survey method,this study establishes the tourism land database of Nanchang city;Based on the database data,this paper studies the evolution characteristics of tourism land in Nanchang city by using the mathematical statistical methods such as Gini coefficient and imbalance index;And on this basis to explore the driving factors of tourism land evolution;Finally,according to the research results,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to provide scientific reference for the sustainable use of tourism land in Nanchang.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the principles of scientificity,feasibility,inheritance and regional difference,Nanchang tour land is divided into a level 1 class(tourism land),four secondary class(travel touring land,land for tourism infrastructure and public service facilities,tourist business development land,other tourism land),12 third-level categories(the land for the natural landscape,artificial landscape land,cultural landscape land,tourism infrastructure land,public service land,management of facility land,recreation and sports land,tourist reception land,tourism land for real estate,commercial and commercial shopping land,tourism education land,other land)by this paper.(2)Based on the tourism land data,the analysis is made from the time dimension:From 2000 to 2017,the number of tourism land in Nanchang continued to increase,and the growth of tourism land was the largest in 2010-2017;From the perspective of each kind of quantity changes,from 2000 to 2017,the growth rate of humanistic tourism scenic spots was large;From 2000 to 2017,the area of tourism land in Nanchang grew rapidly,from50.267km~2 to 79.670km~2,with an annual growth rate of 36.91%,and the increased tourism land area of each county gradually decreased from Xinjian district,Nanchang county,Wanli district,Anyi county,Qingshanhu district,east lake district,Jinxian county,Qingyunpu district to Xihu district;From the perspective of the evolution rate of tourism land,the increase area of tourism land in each county is not proportional to the annual growth rate.(3)From the perspective of spatial difference:The results of equilibrium degree and concentration degree analysis show that,In 2000,2010 and 2017,the overall spatial distribution of tourism land in Nanchang city showed spatial aggregation,and the spatial distribution was not highly balanced;The analysis of various types of tourism land to understand the spatial structure change of tourism land in Nanchang,dynamic attitude analysis results show that all types of tourism land is gradually increasing and is still in the development stage and the construction is still gradually improved in 2000-2017;Functional significance analysis shows that the most important tourism land from 2000 to2017 is natural landscape land.Although its significance will gradually decline,natural landscape land has always been the dominant type among all lands and still accounts for the largest proportion in tourism land;The analysis of dominance degree shows that the development of tourism land in Nanchang from 2000 to 2017 is relatively mature,the structure of tourism land is gradually balanced,and the dominant role of natural landscape land is gradually reduced;By analyzing the spatial pattern of tourism land in Nanchang city from 2000 to 2017 with ArcGIS software,it can be seen that tourism land is gradually expanded in a massive way from the old city to the northwest and southwest.(4)The evolution of tourism land is affected by many factors.Generally speaking,it is caused by the driving forces of natural conditions,history and culture,urbanization development,economic growth and policies.The results of step-up regression analysis show that the change of tourism land in Nanchang is largely driven by the output value of the tertiary industry,the total number of tourists,the per capital disposable income of urban residents,the total population of Nanchang and the total tourism income of Nanchang.The core driving factors and driving mechanism of different types of tourism land use change are also different.(5)Six optimization countermeasures are proposed for the development of tourism land in Nanchang:(1)Reasonably optimize the structure of tourism land in scenic spots;(2)Enhance the complex function of tourism land;(3)Manage the classification of rural tourism land;(4)Improve the relevant laws and regulations on tourism land;(5)To correctly handle the relationship between the protection and development of tourism land in Nanchang city;(6)Coordinate the relationship between the various stakeholders.
