The Problem Research Of Farmers' Quality In New Rural Construction

China, as a large agricultural country, is a country made up of farmers. Issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers have always been a big problem in China's economic and political development. Over theses years, every session of Party and State leaders have take issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers as the foundation matters of state work. Especially since the party's seventeenth conference, our Party,State Council pay high attention to problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, as well as have issued it as the No.1 government document. In this context, the 5th session of the 16th CPC Congress has proposed a historic task to build "a developed production, affluent civilized, clean and tidy village and democratic management" of the socialist new rural areas.As principal part of New Rural Construction, farmers'quality will effect the progress of New Rural Construction. Along with the deepening of New Rural Construction, farmers will certainly be faced with new and higher quality requirements. The party's seventeenth conference has emphasized that training and developing farmers to become new farmers with new ideological values, high scientific and cultural quality, precision operation and management business, as well as strength competition employee. It is the requirements proposed to farmers'quality. However, seeing from the current conditions of farmers'quality, there are still some deficiencies. The majority of farmers have not yet reached the requirements of New Rural Construction, which is "with knowledge, techniques and business management." Therefore, in the background of New Rural Construction, a more objective study of farmers'quality problem has not just deep theoretical significance, also has far-reaching of practical significance.New Rural Construction is system engineering, among which farmers' quality is the critical problems. This thesis is a preliminary study to problems of farmers'quality under background of New Rural Construction. There are five chapters in this thesis.ChapterⅠIntroduction. It mainly give a simple overview of farmer's quality, including the background to bring forward this problem, the dynamic research trends in domestic and foreign countries, at the same time, it introduce the author's research method and idea.ChapterⅡAnalysis of current station and causes of farmers'quality. In this chapter, it first gives a general overview to the connotation of farmers'quality in New Rural Construction process. Secondly, it comes to analyze the current condition of farmers'quality, including analysis of farmers'cultural and scientific qualities, ideological and ethical standards, operating management qualities, occupational skills and physical qualities. At last, on account of various problems of farmers'quality, it analysis the major causes of current situation.ChapterⅢ. Necessity to improve farmers'quality in New Rural Construction. In this chapter, it is to analyze the necessity to improve farmers'quality, and to state the reality meaning of improving farmers'quality in New Rural Construction process, as well as the significant impact to whole social economy, politics and culture.ChapterⅣ. Suggestions and solutions to improve quality of farmers in the New Rural Construction. As main chapter of the whole thesis, it puts forwards a series of solutions to the existing primal problems of farmers'quality. It depends on the joint effort of Party and Government, other social dimension and farmers themselves to resolve problems of farmers'quality.ChapterⅤ. It is the conclusion of the whole thesis.
