| China is an agriculture nation of a 5000- yesr history, with agriculture as it supporting, without which nothing comes to a conclusion. Putting agriculture as its prority, together with hancing its developmemnt of agriculture and rurual economy is the request of building up the all-round well-off modern socialist society.but the long-existing thinking of agriculture-makes-up-indtustry has severely blocked the development of the rural economy, also affected by the duality economy structure of our country. The ressult of the economic development can be directly reflected in the Status Quo of the people;s living standards, thus the key to this is to increase the farmers' income, and the handling of the 3 key rural elments (farmland, capital and labour) directly decides the developing process of the rural economy.Starting from the 3 key aboved-mentioned elements, the paper intends to find the corresponding solutions through analying the existing problems and present situation of each element.The paper finds its penetrating point by analying the Status Quo of the rual economic development and try to present a picture of the economic developmemt by overviewing the income, the agriculture investment, the farmland and labour market of the rural areas in Tai'an and consequestly figure out the problems concerning the farmers' income,the agericulture investment, the land and labour force transfeingr in the countryside of Tai'an and finally offer some references to the problems by comparatively analying the economic developmet modes between the developing and developed countries.It intends to increase the farmer' income,to protect and to exploit the land resources and to speed up the transferring of the farmland based on the previous analysis and the foreign development as references , with the purpose of coming up with some methods of increasing the agriculture investment and enhancing the abilitty of transfering the rural labour forces. |
