| The development of traditional animal husbandry economy has been consumed plenty of feed, used a lot of land, manpower, and caused environmental pollution by large amount of fecal of livestock and poultry and waste water while producing animal products. And with the developing of animal husbandry, the pollution and destroys is larger and larger, restricting the sustainable development of animal husbandry. The circular economy of animal husbandry is being guided by circulation economy theory, construct various stepwise circular industry pattern, "resource-product-renewable resources-regenerated product ". It is a kind of new economic form, optimizing animal husbandry industrial structure, making rational utilization of resources, preserving the ecological environment, promoting the animal husbandry sustainable development.This paper firstly have been done a better interpretation of the theoretical foundation, connotation, basic principles and supporting technology on the circular economy of animal husbandry, showed the formation of important theoretical basis. And on the basis of it, the author analyzed the present situation of the development and pollution of animal husbandry in Reclamation area. Determined the problems of the circular economy of animal husbandry. And analyzed specifically of the circular economy pattern of animal husbandry with the comprehensive application of ecology, environmentology, Economics and engineering and so on. Determined the technical principles, economical feasibility and applied effects etc. Selected suitable patterns according to the advantages of each region of the reclamation area. Secondly, the author constructed the comprehensive evaluation index system of development of animal husbandry of Reclamation area. It has four levels as starting points of reduction in resources, recycling of resources, economic and social development and improving ecological environment. Then made the comprehensive evaluation of development of animal husbandry of the reclamation area by means of comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that: During the evaluation, the development of circular economy of animal husbandry of Heilongjiang Reclamation area was still in primary stage. And it was divided into three stages followed by slow stages of development, rapid rise and the downward trend. Development trend was not optimistic. The most important factor constraints the development of circular animal husbandry of Reclamation area was reduction in resources. Finally, the author put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures for adapting to local conditions, popularizing the circular economy patterns and promoting sustainable development of animal husbandry of Heilongjiang reclamation area. According to systematic analysis, the result will have great theoretical and practical significance to solve the problems of environment pollution and resource waste, to achieve sustainable development of animal husbandry, construct ecological reclamation area. |
