At present, China is currently in urbanization, industrialization and accelerated development in phase, this trend will be the coming decades the main features of urban development in the urbanization process, There is one of the most prominent issue is land supply and demand contradiction. However one side is extremely scarce, while is extravagance. At present, control the developed control the international metropolis of industrial land per unit of industrial added value generated by the developed countries was much lower than the value of comprehensive land per capita was the equivalent of nearly twice the developed countries. Constraints of land resources are a major factor in China's economic development. Therefore, intensive use of land to carry out its research has become to address land supply and demand, coordination of the important social and economic sustainable development means. Rationalize the economic relationship between the land premium as a measure of economic activity in the quantitative methods of land. the use of land can adjust the land supply and demand, the supply of land market regulation, so as to achieve the purpose of promoting intensive use of land. Overall depth study of urban land use and land relations is conducive to improving the way intensive land use. protection of urban land price is reasonable, the land price for the government to actively regulate and promote the rational use of land resources and the healthy development of the land market available basis. In this paper, the main urban area of Changsha City, the first two chapters of the first intensive use of land and the land on the relationship between literature searching, the combined effect of both factors were analyzed. Then in the third, fourth, five chapters based on the study area of social statistics, in accordance with the principle of selecting relevant indicators, the study area intensity of land evaluation and spatial analysis. At the same time the use of ArcGIS geographic information system analysis software listed within the study area, auction, tender premium for analysis, the five districts of Changsha City Commercial and residential land contours and spatial structure, according to the degree and the intensive use of land result, the average premium will be revised and urban land use degree of spatial association analysis, mathematical model, the relationship between the two end up last in the conclusion made on the basis of relevant policy recommendations. The results show:First, urban land use in Changsha City in the basic situation of intensive use of the state, from the intensive use of state of a certain gap, there is potential. Second, urban land use is the highest degree of Furong District, the lowest in Yuhua District, came in second place is Tianjin, Tianjin Yuelu area and very, Kaifu District is also low. Third, the main city of Changsha, showed the spatial distribution of commercial land in the central business district downtown to the outskirts of the city gradually decreasing trend, the main core area of high land prices, Furong District, among the most in the high range, with the economic development, Yuhua District, faster gains in the past two years, land prices, the district between intensive land use and land there is a certain consistency. Fourth, changes in residential land price gradient of land prices higher, but the district land or less, land distribution showed different direction. Therefore, in order to optimize the structure of urban land, urban land supply and demand relief, and promote the healthy development of China's land market, therefore, this paper proposed to strengthen the land market, improve the degree of economical and intensive use of urban land:a sound regulatory system, strengthening the intensive use of land and land dynamic control; planning role to play, control of land supply; use of land leverage, and promote the three-dimensional urban land use.
