As Peter F·Drucker, the father of modern management died, the world blew up immediately the researching frenzy about his managing thought. This paper is based on the numerous managing writings of Peter F·Drucker, and then thinks of its sort, summarize, sum up and comment on the basis of his human resources managing thought to get the inspiration about human resource management of our government. Things that are the active, the producing of Drucker's human resource management thought not only depends on the background, education and living environment of the double impact, but also benefit from the accumulation of knowledge for lifelong learning, work experience, and nourish the theory of multiple Reflections on three initiatives protection. Ideological Origins of the richness of human resource management led to his unique system of ideological content:it not only contains the main human resource management system, but also contains human resource management objects, then through appropriate management mechanism to combine the two to form an interactive organic management system. It's good to approach Drucker, understand drew grams from analyzing "the thought's general features, and its advanced statements with limitations" of basing on fully understanding about Drucker's thought of human resource management. In-depth commenting on Peter F·Drucker thought of human resource management is not the ultimate goal of learning, the key is to get the inspiration about our government on human resource management after analyzing his thoughts. This paper plans to describe five aspects of revelation from people-oriented, responsibility excitation, human resources management by objectives, self-management and managing superior.
