On Integration Management And Its Performance Evaluation Of The Oilfield Surface Project

The oilfield surface project is the preparatory work for oil producing, and to a certain extent, affects the output and production cost of petroleum. The traditional oilfield surface project management has its own deficiencies, for example existing multiple independent implementing main body in a project, lack of coordination between the functional departments and the project departments, and so on. These deficiencies have caused the management cost rises, and reduced the management efficiency. In recent years, people gradually realize the importance of implement integration management on the oilfield surface project. The core of project integration management is that it sees the project lifecycle as a whole, recycles the system to form the reinventing project management system, promotes various objective factors of project to fully coordination, achieves project whole optimization control, and finally reach the purpose of project maximization benefit.The paper makes full use of some management theories and methods, such as project management, systems theory and integration management, and obtains from the connotation of integration management on the analysis that the general theory of integration management system innovation and redoubled effect. In the meanwhile, the paper analyzes the actuality and existing problems of current oilfield surface project management, and based on the above analysis, expounds the oilfield surface project integration management from four system integrations of organization, process, target element and information. Then the paper establishes the matching integration management system based on the analysis of the key factors that affect four system integrations. Finally, the paper establishes the performance evaluation index system of oilfield surface project integration management, and uses the FHW theory to set up the evaluation process, which is verified by the example analysis.
