The Research On Entrepreneurial Orientation For Entrepreneurial Performance Relations

In recent years,entrepreneurial orientation has gradually become the core concept of entrepreneurship research. With the deepening of the entrepreneurial behavior's research, the positive correlation has been confirmed between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance. The components of entrepreneurial orientation to the dimension and the influence of enterprise performance has become related researching focus. There are other variables to influence the process of entrepreneurial orientation on the enterprise performance, in all,entrepreneurial competency is an important regulation variable. In the fierce marketing competition, enterprise in the traditional survival mode already can not adapt to the needs of modern marketing competition. In order to grasp the better marketing opportunities and create enterprise sustainable competitive advantage , our country's enterprises should set up the innovative, risk-taking and advanced features of entrepreneurial action sexual orientation to promote enterprise performance improvement. This research focuses on the influence of entrepreneurial orientation to the enterprise performance and the control action of entrepreneurial competency on them , which provide some practical significance for entrepreneurial practice.Firstly, the paper summarizes related theory of literature of entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial competence and enterprise performance ,and then concludes the dimensions constitutes, business orientation of enterprise performance evaluation index and entrepreneurial competence dimension characteristic. Secondly, according to the interactions,this paper constructs the relation model among entrepreneurial orientation, environmental dynamics and enterprise performance, it puts forward the hypothesis. Finally, it has further defined in this study on theory and practice meaning to inspect the relationship of entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial competence and enterprise performance on the basis of analysis.
