Building modern village is an important element of achieving a comprehensive well-off rural village. However, due to delay of village planning, coupled with the long-standing affluence of traditional agricultural production methods and traditional lifestyle, creating a scattered distribution of rural settlements, the rate of land use is low, most parts of the village construction is in a state of disorder, this is not conducive to intensive use of land and rural modernization. In this paper, we analyze on the current land use in rural villages, optimize the layout and planning of specific measures to improve land use efficiency, and promote rational and intensive land use, rural urbanization and modernization process of healthy development.
