Study On Evaluation Of Sustainable Utilization Of Land Resource In Changsha County, Hunan Province

Industrialization and urbanization in the context of people and land have become increasingly prominent, and how to achieve sustainable use of land resources became the focus of policy makers and researchers. In recent years, Changsha County, Hunan Province has made more good results in the national economy and social development. Select this area as the studied region.to carry out evaluating sustainable use of land resources,in an attempt to evaluate through scientific decision-making between the government and relevant departments for reference, in order to promote sustainable land use continued to increase.On the basis of learning scientific theories and previous research results, this paper analyses the current situation in the social and economic development of Changsha county,and take the production,safety,protection,economy,social acceptability as the criterion level.establish the land resources evaluation index system for sustainable use.and though the AHP and other methods.the level of sustainable land use has been evaluated of Changsha country in Hunan Province,and then diagnosis of introduction of barriers, filter out the barriers to the sustainable use of factors.Concluded that, the level of the sustainable use of land resources in 2005-2009 in Changsha County rised from the initial stage of development(0.6564) to the basic stage of the sustainable use(0.7852), and show a significant upward trend, with the gradual phase of the development of sustainable use in the trend.The main factors of the barriers to sustainable land use are per degree of retail sales of consumer goods, social insurance, insurance rate, average disposable income of urban households, industrial output, GDP and so on.With sustainable land use evaluation results, and obstacles to development factors of diagnosis,this paper proposes to improve and enhance the level of regional sustainable land use,measures to promote regional sustainable development proposals, including:optimal land use structure and spatial distribution, Improve land use efficiency;active market, stimulating consumption and investment demand, and strengthening regional economic vitality; optimize the industrial structure, play a dominant industrial clusters, to achieve steady and rapid development of three major industries,and so on.
