Research On The Inspiration Function And Implementation Method Of Qinhai Oilfield Company Enterprise Culture

As an effective approach for business management, inspir ation plays an important role in the enterprise administration. The inspiration mainly comes from the enterprise culture. Through the mechanism of mutual interaction and collaborative operation between enterprise material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture, the enterprise culture releases its own reserved inspiration capability, and thus comprehensively and three-dimensionally evoking the employee's initiation, motivation and creation.In this paper, based on the construction and the inspiration function of enterprise culture, the implementation ways of its inspiration function for Qinghai Oilfield are explored. Using the systematically scientific method of problem-proposing, problem-analyzing, and problem-resolving and the method of combination of theory and practice, the construction and inspiration function of enterprise culture of Qinghai Oilfield are examined, by considering its current situation.Through a series of investigations, the construction and inspiration function of enterprise culture of Qinghai Oilfield are analyzed and evalutated.
