To the innovation of organization,the development of enterprise and the progress of society,knowledge employee who is the continuator and owner is definitive making knowledge-based workers be stable, improving efficiency, enhancing knowledge-based workers's accomplishment and satisfaction and improving Oil enterprise competition, ensuring national energy security, making large enterprise of traditional change the development mode and state-owned assets value-added come true is very important.The study result of our predecessors is the basis of the paper. Firstly, the paper ensure the definiteness of the knowledge-based worker and expound the inspire theory, linked the management theory of humanism,then character of the knowledge-based worker inspirit factor brush factors, The first content is the knowledge base and theoretical basis. Combined with practical, choose the knowledge-based worker of technology enterprises in the field service of Qinghai oil for satisfaction surveys. Discover some problems that contain the wage is low, salary distribution is not fair, career planning is missing, job autonomy is not enough and so on..
