Employee training is important for enterprise development, effective employee training can help employees in improving job performance, promote the realization of enterprise management goal, thus it reaches employees and organization "win-win". HuangYaKou ecological attraction is located in HuangYaKou village of JianYi town in DaShiQiao city of LiaoNing Province ,because it's in the north of HaiCheng city ;east to XiuYan county ;in the three cities (counties) border, so call a foot three ; Due to its unique geographical location, HuangYaKou nature scene subtle, ecological environment pure"virgin soil". Therefore, during national vigorously promote the construction of new socialist countryside, this scenic spot was as vital development area by DaShiQiao city government. DaShiQiao city government hopes to promoting new rural development by the leading of the tourism industry, and using the bibcock of HuangYaKou ecological attraction to driving DaShiQiao the development of tourism.Under the leadership of JianYi town government, HuangYakou is built by the local farmers through self-developed, which is currently the preliminary development of construction. Due to the lack of professional planning guidance in the construction and management of scenic spot, and lead to scenic spot appeared blind construction, damage to the natural resources and the ecological environment etc phenomenon during development. So, for this scenic spot, tourism professional talents are the most valuable wealth. Only having the strong professional knowledge and consummate business ability of Employees, the scenic spot can better to move forward, and how to exert employee's role and potential, implement training is an important way.This paper is start from the meaning of training and the difference between training and education, firstly introduces the purpose and meaning of training and other related theories, then introduces the development present situation of scenic spots, by the investigation and analysis of scenic human resources situation, the specific questionnaire and depth interview method and combination with the specific actual situation of scenic spot and using the theory of training management aspects and reference related successful experience, comprehensively and systematically construct the scenic spot of the employee training system now and future. This training system of the scenic spot clearly establishes training concepts and principles, employee training management system and employee training organization of the scenic spot; designs scenic spot training system process including determine training needs, training plan, training and evaluation of the training effect. According to level and class design concrete plan, including new staff training scheme, agritainment employee training scheme, mountain landscape guide training scheme, tourism marketing personnel training scheme and scenic spot management personnel training scheme. Finally, according to actual situation of scenic spot proposed comprehensive of security measures to ensure that the effective implementation of the training program.This paper establish employee training system suitable for scenic spot now and future development needs, it has strong maneuverability and foresightedness, it can truly guide the training of staff work and improve to all kinds of personnel in the management ideas and skills, provides the powerful human resources protection for development of scenic spots in the future.
