Along with the rapid growth of population, the unprecedented aggravate breadth and strength of human social and economic activity, the relationship is increasingly disordering between man and nature, population, resource, environment and development are problems not only in China but also in Qinghai-Tibet plateau region. Qinghai is an important component of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau, known as"the world's third pole","the source of rivers","the Asian towers". Qinghai not only has the ecological special strategic position, its ecological status directly relates to the Qinghai-Tibet plateau regions and countries, but also has the special strategic position on ecological security and social stability. It relates the sustainable development of Qinghai and Chinese nation. Therefore, the research analysis system of Qinghai, exploring harmonious development between man and nature, insuring the ecological security in Qinghai, establishing and perfecting the people's livelihood improvement and guarantee mechanism, the constantly enhancing on the development path of the sustainable development ability, have the very important realistic meaning and the profound significance.According to the regional sustainable development of Qinghai, using AHP, establishing evaluation index system, selection the evaluated interval, the analyzing and studing on Qinghai PRED system, comparative analysis the national average, and analysising the factor influence Qinghai PRED system capability, and proposing countermeasures and suggestions of Qinghai regional sustainable development. The quantitative analysis on this paper of Qinghai PRED system was systematical and relatively comprehensive, has certain innovation.
