Transformer enterprise are usually the discrete manufacturing that which single pieceand small batch products, customized products, strong random order, more uncertainties.So there exist uncertainties in the management process of products: it is difficult inunifying and sharing the product design information in the aspects of project management,resulting in replicate design and even repeating mistakes, and also various difficulties inmulti-agency coordination; the progress of the project plan did not achieve the processcontrol, did not adjust the plan quickly and accurately, and lacking of support ofdecision-making data; at the manufacturing stage, often appear order inserting andproduction plans often change, and at the same time, management personnel are more ofsubjectivity in formulating the production planning, there will appear resource conflictswhen implement the workshop plan; the majority of enterprises are basically manage theoperation production manually, repetitive tasks are usually completed by hand, and makingwork inefficient.In nowadays, with the rapid development of knowledge-based economy, and makingthe use of computer systems, it has become a shortcut to quickly improve enterprisemanagement level to improve enterprises' comprehensive management. This paper,combined with the application of manufacturing information technology; in-depth analysisof the current situation and existing problems of the S transformer factory processmanagement, discussed and studied the effective integration of project management,workflow and production planning and scheduling; proposed the system architecture ofdynamic process management that based on transformer products; and developed adynamic process management system with Java and JSP technology combined with thespecific application of the transformer business; solved problems of project management,out production plan,and conflict of project plan execution which result from theuncertainties that influenced by production planning and scheduling, and also improved theproductivity and reduced production costs. Aim at problems of extension of the project contract and the product late delivery ofthe workshop plan that caused by the negative impact of resource conflicts anduncertainties, this paper optimized the production planning and scheduling with the geneticalgorithm. And on this basis, obtained the qualitative and quantitative analysis throughsimulation, in order to make the resource conflict can be effectively alleviated.
