With the development of economy and the improvement of the quality of the material life, people pay more and more attention to personal safety and property security. So the security technology has become the important direction of national investment in recent years, the security technology is also in constant innovation.And in recent years, with the development of the city, the urban population increase, the city emergency also become more and more.How to deal with emergencies with intelligence and effect, the.research of emergency command vehicle system become a important direction of solving problem with technology.Emergency command vehicle system as a direction of security technology fits the demands of the people.Emergency command vechile system is:get the longitude and latitude of the target(incident site) through the target position device which collects data by pre-sensors and fuses data,then acquire the target image and send the target's longitude,latitude and watermark image to control center,at last the control center confirmed the place and urgent cases, calculates the optimal scheme, adjusting police deal with emergency.In this paper,as part of the emergency commend vehicle system,the target position device fuses the data collected by pre-sensors,acquires the longitude and latitude of the target(incident site) and send all the information to emergency commend vehicle system control center through wire or wireless transmission way.lt can provide technical support and facilitate the system to make decision.This thesis researches multiple sensor fusion target positioning device which uses multiple sensor technology, data fusion method and can obtain the target's latitude and longitude.The target position information can be seen on LCD display of the device, the content of the LCD can be chosed by pressing buttons and the operator can check information intuitively.The target information also can be transmitted to the PC by Zigbee module or RS485module.The works of this paper are as follows:1. Analyze the target position theory and the function of target position device.The device includes data acquisition function, data transmission function, control and data processing function and information query function.2. Design the target position device structure.The device uses multiple sensor technology and data fusion method.The GPS,electronic compass and laser range complete data acquisition module.Through the single-chip microcomputer control and data processing module perform multiple sensor data acquisition and fusion calculation,obtain the target's longitude and latitude; through the key module and display module complete information query;adopt RS485agreement or Zigbee technology to complete PC data communication;Through the power supply module to provide power supply.3. The specific design of the hardware and software of the device.In each module circuit design completed, accomplish the data processing program between single-chip microcomputer and each module and fusion algorithm.Designed for a multiple serial port module which extends a serial port to five serial ports, solved the problem of shortage of serial port resources.Designed the transform circuit of electronical level,solved the problem of mismatching between sensors and single-chip microcomputer.4. Debug and tested the hardware and software of the device.The normal operation of the device achieved the desired function and design goal.
