ECG signal reflects the electrical activity of the heart excited process, can reflect the degree and development of myocardial damage and function structure of atrium and ventricle, and identify whether all kinds of rhythm of the heart is wrong. It has a remarkable medical value on basic function and pathology in heart study. The most important basis of ECG signal analysis is QRS complex testing, and main part of QRS complex testing is the peak of the R certainty.ECG signal is weakly biomedical signal, processing ECG signal is top research with rapid development at home and abroad recently. With the state of detecting the human body and time changing,the ECG signal has obviously non-stationary characteristics, and the energy of the ECG signal is relatively weak. So in the process of ECG signal collection, the introduction of noise signal is inevitable. However, the introduction of the noise signal can cause interference to the original ECG signal. This paper mainly describes the wavelet transform theory, studying singular characteristics of ECG signals and noise signal, and makes theoretical analysis on normal and pathological ECG signal based on the wavelet testing theory and wavelet denoising theory.The following themes are addressed in this paper:(1) Using wavelet transform analyze the ECG. The observation of ECG signals' mutations position by wavelet decomposition and details of the signal can show the mutations moment of ECG signals, which provides reliable theoretical basis on the judgment of moment of ECG mutations.(2) Theory analysis of normal and pathological ECG signal shows that wavelet transform has a high resolution of the judgment to Singular point moment of ECG signal, whether human or pathological ECG signal.(3) According to the different wavelet transformation of ECG signal and noise signal in the wavelet transform and the denoising theory of wavelet transformation, singular point of ECG signal has denoised through wavelet. The comparison between ECG signal after wavelet denoising and the original sample of ECG signal, which through the matlab simulation, shows that ECG signal's cycle and the amplitude of signal size after denoising is same to the original signal.(4) In this paper, the singular and normal moment of sample signal has joined certain noise signals using matlab programming, and using noise signal is eliminated through wavelet denoising theory. The results show that both the singular and normal moment of ECG signal can eliminate noise signal on the premise of keeping the original signal, which provides the theory to the medical research.(5) The research extracts ECG signal which contains of noise from the international PhysioBank database and using wavelet denoising processing. The results show that wavelet denoising can eliminate the noise from the process of medical acquisition of ECG signals.
