The paper contains the printed books and political culture in Ming and Qing Dynasties, and researches the developing clues, the compilatory groups, the times' characteristics and the background of society and political culture, and focus on the interaction between imperial printed books and political culture in Ming and Qing Dynasties. In aspect of imperial education in Ming and Qing Dynasties, the paper research the imperial printed books in Ming and Qing Dynasties directly services the education textbooks and teaching materials to imperial education, and the achievement of imperial education also concretely form with the imperial printed books. In aspect of national Neo-Confucianism consciousness in Ming and Qing Dynasties, represents national science consciousness, the imperial printed books plays an important role in political culture, and represents obvious stage characteristics accompanied by the developments and changes of national Neo-Confucianism consciousness in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Similarly, the imperial cultural cultivation and interests are also fully reflected with the imperial printed books in different times in Ming and Qing Dynasties.This paper is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first chapter: the overview of imperial printed books in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The imperial printing in Ming Dynasty is managed by Directorate, and in Qing Dynasty is managed by Compilation office of Wuying Palace. The quantity of imperial printed books in Ming and Qing Dynasties is large and the quanlity is high, and there're also various kinds of them. The imperial printed books in Qing Dynasty are better than in Qing Dynasty. Having synthesized the material, we can statistics that the kinds of imperial printed books in Ming Dynasty are more than200, and the kinds of it in Qing Dynasty is about900.The second chapter: the imperial education and imperial printed books in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Imperial education in Ming and Qing Dynasties mainly contents the Jingyan education and prince education. Compared to the shortcomings of Ming Dynasty prince education, the prince education in Qing Dynasty Education in core of the Shangshufang education is more perfect and strict. Compared to the simple and crude palace "Jingyan" and "Rijiang" institution in Ming Dynasty, the Qing Dynasty emperors study obtain the culture and education's study by the styles of "Jingyan","Rijaing" and Nanshufang. The motive force of imperial printed books is that provide textbooks to the imperial education, and the emperors'books are the important ingredient of imperial printed books. Compared to Ming Dynasty, in despite of quatity, or content, or educational effect, the imperial educational books mainly compiled and printed by Compilation office of Wuying Palace are much better.The third chapter:the national Neo-Confucianism consciousness and imperial printed books in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The compilation and dissemination undertake the important function of the emperors carry out national Neo-Confucianism consciousness. In the early of Ming Dynasty, national Neo-Confucianism consciousness had established and strengthened and had compiled national learning books. In the late of Ming Dynasty, the Neo-Confucianism and imperial printed books had both declined. The important content of early Qing Dynasty's imperial printed books is "Qinding" books of Confucian classics and history full of Neo-Confucianism. The compilation and printing of national Neo-Confucian books in Qing Dynasty are unprecedented in scale and quanlity and the Neo-Confucian and political thoughts of Early Qing Dynasty are completely represented. Compared to Ming Dynasty, the total national consciousness's management of Qing Dynasty emperors used by the cultural printed style of imperial printed books is more skilled and experienced.The fourth chapter: the imperial cultural accomplishment and imperial printed books in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The cultural accomplishment of Ming and Qing Dynasties'emperors determines imperial printed books' activity scale and content, and the kinds and content of imperial printed books also fully embody the cultural accomplishment of the Ming and Qing emperors. Because of the low level of Ming Dynasty emperor's culture, the imperial political advice books in Ming Dynasty and religious writings in Ming Dynasty become the chief section of imperial books. The emperors of Qing Dynasty often possess higher political quality and deeply influence by the Chinese tradition culture and have also committed to cultivate deposition and writing. Emperor Shunzhi focused on Chinese culture, Emperor Kangxi praise Neo-Confucianism and Western science, Emperor Yong Zheng believed Buddhism and re-education, Emperor Qianlong had varieties interests on writing, literature and art... Qing Dynasty emperors'different cultural interests can be fully reflected in the imperial printed books in Qing Dynasty.
