The universities are almost under the premise of using credit system, and the new requirement are put forward to make courses, so how to make full use of the resources available to improve the efficiency of making courses are becoming the important wok of the management about teaching.This thesis aimed to the specific needs of course system to Yunnan university office, and designed the college courses management system. The system used the four layers of system structure, which were the data layer, data access layer, service layer and the application layer, and balanced the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional C/S and B/S structures. At the same time, the Windows Communication Foundation data communication interface of service oriented, improved the system integration and expansibility.This thesis used the object-oriented ideas for analysis and design, and the UML were used, from the different stages like requirement analysis, system design and database design and so on, designed and described the each modules of the course system. Specifically, that included the design and application about the each module of the system's activity diagrams, use case diagram, sequence diagram and the class diagram and so on.The research of this topic made full use of the Internet and campus network technology, designed the architecture of the network courses selection system, solved the typical problems which existed in the process of making the course, and improved the quality and efficiency of the educational administration department work. So that the university reform of credit system can rapidly develop, and the implementation and management of the course selection measures can more scientific and standardized.
