ERP. as a key technology of the enterprise management of information technology, has played a large role in promoting the enterprise management of information technology. In the mode of supply chain management, enterprise uses the intranet and ERP management software to share information. Especially the Purchase, Sale and Inventory (referred to as PSI hereafter) management system as a subsystem of ERP, has introduced advanced management methods to business practices by using of information, and can transform data into the enterprise information timely by the use of IT for market decisions. In the Nano-Plastics manufacturing industry, ERP systems have also been widely used for the operational characteristics of the industry, enterprise requires ERP to adapt to changing market needs and respond to market changes in a timely manner.Emergence and development of visualization technology in science, data collection and information management areas have played an invaluable role. Represented by the database system for information management technologies are evolving into a higher level of decision-making support system. The essence of such an evolution is to an analysis of existing data and understanding and then to make predictions. The most important thing is using an intuitive way to show them to the user, and improve the efficiency of the understanding of the business managers on the data.To combine visualization technology with PSI management information system, and set an PSI management information system solution which based on visualization techniques for the many types of material, the large amount of data and the complicated operation of business processes in PSI management. This solution for enterprise-specific business processes, develop a MIS to meet the basic functional requirements of the enterprise PSI management and provide technical support for enterprise information technology. In addition, the system can be optimized from the visualization of the graphical visualization and operational processes after visualization technology is used in PSI management: In analysis of the data processing aspect, visual mapping of the enterprise infrastructure data and show them to the user in a graphics manner; In business operations aspect, using visualization methods to show storage-in, storage-out and storage-exchange in PSI management and replacing the existing inventory management operations with graphical operation, can effectively improve the inventory management efficiency and reduce the misuse of the complicated operation. The main work of this paper include the following aspects:1. Analysis of the course of development of visualization technology and research, and then summarize of the application of visualization technology in enterprise information technology for the research background. The development of visualization module can be based on the conclusion.2. Combined with enterprise business processes, to analyze the overall structure of PSI management system, including the analysis of the characteristics of corporate PSI business, the analysis of business process and the analysis of functional requirements, and finally establish system logic model on those analysis.3. On the basis of system analysis and the establishment of a logical model, to design the detailed of the system functional modules, including the system features modular design, database design and visualization module design, and finally establish a physical model of the system.4. According to the physical model created by the system design, selection of the Delphi7development tools and SQL server2000database platform system as the environment of system development, and describe the key technologies involved in the systems development process in detail.
