| With the development of technology and business, IP network is changing from the infrastructures that provide only the best effort datagram delivery to the multiple applications that include broadband, business diversification and classification, the hierarchical structure of network. The business in Internet was grown from pure Internet application to multimedia, voice, streaming media, etc. However, with the IP network's development, the IP network management methods are still behind the telecom business and IP technology's development. For making a telecommunication operators'level IP network management method. This thesis presents IP network visualization and management methods.This thesis presents the development of the current IP network and the normal management methods of IP Network, the drawbacks of the regular IP Network management and the visualization management system requirements of the telecom operators for IP network management.The investigation presented in this thesis involve the monitoring, analysis, assessment and optimization visualization methods for the routing of IP network, network performance, quality of different service with directviewing, quick localization and visualization advantages. The design in this thesis involves the function of visualization system, the testing methods, and visualization management's equipments in telecom network.
