Corporate E-learning Network Learning Behavior Analysis And Research

With the rapid development and popularization of the Internet, people's lives, learning, work and etc. has also changed a lot. People pay attention to E-Learning increasingly high. Nowadays, E-Learning also affect the devel-opment of enterprises, platforms based on the E-Learning has become quite popular in corporate training, supporting a very diversified set of applications and services. The E-Learning platforms provide a very flexible way of work-ing in order to promote interests in learning, and making access to information simple and in an universal way. In addition, personnel can do their tasks an-ywhere, anytime. Nowadays, most E-Learning platforms are ranging generally from personal management to evaluation processes.In the research on the evaluation of learning, the network learning beha-vior has become an important research direction. The analysis and research of network learning behavior is one of today's leading researches, and have be-come one of the technology areas about the network usage analysis. Because the open source has make an impact on E-Learning, many countries has in-troduced the open source web-based learning platforms. At present, the ap-plication of Moodle has a wide range in these platforms. So, the research on network learning behavior of the E-Learning platforms based on Moodle is an direction of this paper.To study network learning behavior, it can provide admin or teachers something about the user behavior, promote later learning, form high quality study. Also, it can offer the basis of this such as:building personalized Web-based learning platform, optimizing navigation mode, developing E-Learning resources or curriculum. In practice, I has done in-depth research open-source platform-Moodle, so this paper used it to build the enterprise E-Learning Platforms in order to research the network learning behavior. This paper introduces E-Learning, Enterprise E-Learning, network learning plat-forms and network learning behavior, uses the modified Moodle's own logs to get the usage of the sites. Last, the study takes advantage of Markov chain and the model of network learning behavior that based on Moodle to analyze ex-perimental data and get the findings.
