No oil vortex compressor is the latest model of air compressor in recent years, and it has small volume, light weight, novel structure, low noise, smooth continuous gas, long life, easy operation, less maintenance costs, and so on advantage, compared with the traditional air compressor, be inline known as "no maintenance air compressor" and "new revolution air compressor", is widely used in many fields and some special working conditions. Because of the particularity of itself, the parts' processing and assembly accuracy requirement is high, and the production quality is difficult to control, so enterprise batch production target is difficult to achieve. Therefore, the detection and management to no oil compressor parts, and the research and implementation of assembly scheme has very vital significance.This paper has designed and developed tolerance and assembly management system, based on Visual Studio2008platform and SQL Sever2005software. Focused on the following aspects of research:analyzing the structure, working principle, performance requirements and other factors of no oil compressor, put forward the key parts of the test items and tolerance requirement, clear system requirements; Using structured analysis method and the application of UML modeling technique, established the system's information model, including the system class diagram, characteristic model and data model; Both at home and abroad to related form errors of the research situation, analyzed the error modeling, and designed the least square method based on the evaluation algorithm, and clear the algorithm process; Designed the system architecture, planned and researched coding method, used.NET and Matlab programming to realize complex calculation and mixed figure show function, and designed object-oriented hierarchical coding method, based on the three layer structure, improve the maintainability of the system.This paper builds up the data set computing and graphics display for the integration of tolerance management system, and makes drawings information management, testing, assembly information management and tolerance management combine, becomes into the contact of detection system, simulation system and assembly lines, and improves the enterprise's information management level.
