With the continuous advance of globalization, the world political, economic, cultural and other fields tend to integration. Global information is an important feature in today's world. 2010 Shanghai World Expo will be held 41th world, international media coverage for the Shanghai World Expo impact on the situation in Shanghai and China's international image, with great research value.In this paper, "The New York Times" in April to November 2010 report on the Shanghai World Expo as the research object, using the framework of theoretical characteristics of their empirical research reports.
