The era of knowledge economy, the value of knowledge is increasingly valued by people, knowledge becomes another important resource after the logistics, capital flow and information flow, being to improve the organization overall operational efficiency and enhancing their competitive. Organization and management of knowledge transfer theory has become a new important research fields and development direction. From the work practice, the library knowledge transfer through the whole business flow, becomes the core of the library work. The use of modern information network technology, progressively and normative, makes knowledge transfer better and quicker. We need the establishment of library knowledge transfer model to guide the actual transfer of knowledge work, better services for users. In addition, different types of libraries in developing the knowledge transfer activities is not the same, it must be combined with its own functions and positioning to implement. Therefore, different types of library knowledge transfer model are particularly necessary. This article summarizes the model of knowledge transfer, library knowledge transfer model at home and abroad. On the basis of above, it elaborates the four elements of knowledge transfer, and analyzes characteristics of library knowledge transfer in different types of Library.Through the above theory, the main content of this article is:Firstly, it makes clear library knowledge transfer model meaning, constructs library knowledge transfer model of modern service concept. Secondly, it constructs the public, university and science library knowledge transfer model combined with various types of library functions and explains the elements of knowledge transfer model and knowledge transfer process. Thirdly, it locates all types of libraries by using information space theory. It compares with various types of library knowledge transfer model from model elements and knowledge transfer process of view. Combining the status quo of the library knowledge transfer, it proposes the development of direction in order to achieve complementary advantages and common development.
