In recent years, with the growth of the years that cement concrete pavement being used, the pavement disease situation is getting more and more serious, and the old cement pavement's reconstruction and overhaul project is imminent. Therefore, the special equipment used for breaking the cement pavement is getting more and more valued by the related departments.This paper is based on the R&D projects about resonant breaker for cement concrete pavement. And combined with the Multi-body System Dynamics Theory and the Virtual Prototype Technology, this paper finished the dynamics simulation work for the Vibration System of the resonance breaker. What's more, because of the movement relevance between the Vibration System and the other system components, this paper put the Vibration System into the whole vehicle environment and set up the dynamic model for the prototype, and explored the vehicle performance.This paper is divided into7chapters. Chapter Ⅰ introduced the application and development of the resonant breaker, put forward the research content and route of this topic, and set up the basic framework of the paper; Chapter Ⅱ analyzed the mechanism of Rubblization with Resonant Technology, and researched the structure of the resonant breaker, which is the basis for modeling; Chapter Ⅲ briefly explained the Multi-body System Dynamics Theory, and briefly introduced the module and theoretical basis of ADAMS, which built a foundation for the following work; Chapter Ⅳ set up the simplified Vibration System model, and based on which it deduced the movement partial differential equations of the resonant beam, and with the help of the finite element technology, it made a modal analysis for the resonant beam and determined the structure parameter and position of the anchor nodes, in addition, it established the modal neutral files for the beam; Chapter Ⅴ set up the rigid-flexible coupling model of Vibration System, according to the results of the dynamic analysis, it verified the feasibility of vibration principle and the rationality of anchor points, and got the vibration property of the Vibration System; Chapter Ⅵ considered about the structural integrity of the whole system, established the complete dynamic model of the prototype, and according to the simulation results, it discovered that the exciting force and counter weight took great effect to the pavement-broken quality and the vibration characteristics of the prototype; Chapter VII concluded all the paper and made a outlook, which pointed out the deficiency of the current work and the direction for the following work.With the help of virtual prototype technology, this paper made a dynamics simulation research on the Vibration System of the resonant breaker. It forecasted several aspects of the prototype performance and offered great reference for the manufacture of the prototype, which will play an important role in reducing the R&D cost and enhancing the competitiveness of the products, etc.
