Nowadays, With the gradual transformation of the traditional port to the digital intelligent port, The traditional lighting control does not meet the characteristics of digital, intelligent and energy efficient. So the wireless intelligent lighting control system came out. In recent years, the development of wireless sensor networks provided new control solutions for lighting control.The thesis according to intelligent lighting control system of the port container yard for the study object which base on the In-depth study of the wireless sensor networks. Because traditional lighting control system has many disadvantages such as wiring trouble, poor scalability, energy efficiency etc. So I design an intelligent lighting control systems of container yard which based on Zigbee wireless sensor network technology, and it's hardware platform use C8051F020and the low-power RF chip CC2430as the microprocessors,this system mainly consists Zigbee wireless terminal data collection nodes, Zigbee sink nodes and monitoring center. The terminal nodes periodic collect environment illumination and node voltage and then deliver to the sink nodes through wireless sensor networks. The sink nodes send the information to the monitoring center through the wireless data transmitter. The monitoring center can real-time response to user's queries, the network topology updates, sensor data acquisition and light control command.The thesis mainly designed the software of Zigbee wireless sensor network, the software and hardware of the Zigbee wireless terminal data collection nodes, the software and hardware of the Zigbee sink nodes. At last, fuzzy control theory was applied to the system, and I designed a fuzzy lighting control algorithm according to the characteristics of the lighting. Finally, I designed the software of the monitoring center, which using VB language to Program and using the Oracle lOg database to store datas.When the project was completed, the whole system was tested by the Incandescent light boxes to simulate the container yard lighting. Results show that the system has achieved the expection of performance and has a kind of value to design more sophisticated wireless lighting control system.
