Abstract/Summary:
With the development of Information society, competitive intelligence plays animportant role in continual developing of Enterprise. The development of competitiveintelligence is a course from tactics to strategy and is also a process from low to highgrade of information value added. In addition, the research of competitive intelligencestrategy is the pivot of competitive intelligence. Attach important to research onenterprise competitive intelligence strategy, is very significant to improve thepredominance and competition ability for enterprise.Given to the competitive intelligence strategy's significance and imminentlyrequirements from enterprise, To begin with, the article summarizes the formation forcompetitive intelligence strategy based on the theory of Competitive Strategy, gametheory and system theory. Secondly, through introducing of Enterprise growth theory,this article makes a detailed analyze for enterprise in four different stages with theanalyzed competitive strategy selection process, and summarize the best competitiveintelligence strategies for enterprise in individual stages. What's more, the articletaking a specific case as example to verify the feasibility in Chinese AutomotiveElectronics Enterprises by the method of competitive intelligence strategy? At last thisarticle summarizes the questions what should be noted, and suggests some suitablecompetitive intelligence strategies for Chinese Automotive Electronics Enterprises.
