With the rapid economic development, China's urbanization process is also accelerating. But the city's residential population and the rapid surge in vehicles, solving urban traffic congestion has become imperative. In order to ease the traffic pressure, we need to develop public transport and improve public transport services to encourage and guide the choice of travel by public transport. Beijing as the capital of our country, has its own unique geography and human development characteristics of urban traffic. Researching Beijing environment and the public transport user interface of query facilities, have a wide range of typical and exemplary role, but also to be beneficial to other cities in China transportation information services and development of reference. It takes the Beijing passenger's demand and information query acts as a starting point for research. Combining with Beijing public transport in this environment, and further analysising of the Beijing Public Transport query interface, feature set, and finally through the query interface, information content and interface elements to consider, into practical design issues. According to Beijing's public transport travel environment characteristics,it takes a summary of the needs of users of public transport trips. By researching passenger travel demand in the conclusions to be based on the function of the queuing system , it takes a summary of Beijing Public Transport query interface layout and interface elements of the application law. According to the above findings, the development of facilities for Beijing bus query interface design specification, to improve the level of user experience in the public Transport query interface of Beijing.
