Base on eddy current response, eddy current sensor build up .Belong to special eddy current sensor, it is easy to be influence by temperature and produce temperature drift. The text prove that the major factor of temperature drift affecting eddy current sensor is to examine the variation of circle'sresistense . but temperature drift of the circle'resistense mainly represent circle'sresistense and react temperature drift little, So It is very effective to examine the temperature drift compensation of circle' resistance. But factors affecting temperature drift are varied,almost refferring to all the components and references in sensor system .According to single reference or several references having compenstation, it can satisfy certain program's demand and the ranger of suitable temperature is small generally.(under 100℃)This text spreads the foundation of analysis all factor of eddy current sensor temperature drift ,referring to high temperature area eddy current sensor circle'sresistense compensation method to mainly introduce eddy current sensor temperature drift and the designing including sensor system temperature drift factor analysis, compensation method analysis, eddy current sensor differential compensation analysis , the result analysis of text act.Eddy current sensor an temperature drift differential compensation system ,so-called differ the move type, is another to design the complete same compensation circle of the examination circle parameters, by differential exportation of the electric circuit designing and examining the circleThe text prove: basing on circle design 'defferential eddy current response temperature drift 'components system, temperature drift is shorter by 0.5%,is super to the general compenstation method to the compenstation precision of . although in the high temperature area, it is more compenstation precision To reach system designing of the foreaim .
