Mixing Unit Risk Management Information System

With the rapid development of China's civil aviation, we need more and more talents. From the current situation, the development speed of China's civil aviation occupies the first place of world, but the cultivation of flight personnel couldn't catch up with the development speed of the industry. In this context, domestic air carriers start to recruit foreign pilots around 2003. Through this way, they hope to resolve the problem of flight staff shortages and then introduce advanced management experience.With the advent of mixing unit cockpit, the problem of security risk comes up because of the cultural diversity. Therefore, it is important to establish an information system of mixing unit risk management, and provide a management platform for risk managers. The platform can reduce risks arise from cultural diversity, and also can reduce the management costs. On the base of analysis of the relationship between cultural diversity and risks, this paper researches on the classification,expression,storage and disposition of mixing unit risk information and develops an information system of mixing unit risk management.First, the paper introduces the current research of mixing unit risk information, and describes the influence of cultural diversity on flight safety, then analyses the sources of cultural diversity. Then the paper categorizes cultural diversity information, and researches a unified expression method of cultural diversity information.Secondly, the risks arise from cultural diversity is researched in detail. The relationship between risk factor and cultural diversity is established. Then the measures of controlling cultural diversity risk factor are put forward.Finally, an information system of mixing unit risk management is developed. It is divided five parts: the risk information input, risk information assessed, program of risk control checked, risk information searched and system configurated. This system is designed in detail and achieved its feature.
