Design And Implementation Of Sichuan University Of The Library Virtual Procurement System

Sichuan University of Science and Engineering(SUSE) is located in Zigong, the southwest of Sichuan province. During development for many years, the library of SUSE has more than 200 million copies of books and become a first-class document center in southwest of Sichuan. However, library receives incessant criticize about the quality of literature resource development and efficiency of book acquisition. Therefore, the author devote himself to set up a new book acquisition system in order to solve the problems in the traditional acquisitioning work, adapt to the new environment, in the system of purchasing books funding to achieve the rational configuration of book publishing, realize the reasonable data released on literature, to realize the real-time collection of user demand, and finally achieve library document resources of high quality and efficiency of construction, the largest play books funding validity. This system is different from previous purchasing pattern, is based on library network technology and computer technology, based on the full release new book resources staff fully collect the book-selling demand, finally now, called the library literature purchase virtual purchasing system.After investigating the SUSE library purchasing workflow and analyzing all the need about SUSE library acquisition system, the author realizes the visual acquisition system through .NET and SQL database technology. The system includes a website based on ASP.net, a sql2008 database and a background management program. System integrates various bibliographic data offered by different booksellers in web. System also realized2-level user management that provides users various members roleand the various allocations of funds. Through the databases synchronization and asp.net technology system achieve each user's ordering information collection and storage. Through the background program for orders are integrated and feedback. The visual book acquisition system is of great significance in ensuring the correctness of university book ordering and security, realizing the comprehensive book acquisition. The main work realized SUSE library virtual acquisition systems in the existing network environment which solved contradiction between abundant book purchase information and professional purchasing demand. The main contents include the papers for SUSE virtual acquisition includes system description and analysis, software engineering, the.net technology introduction, the system needs analysis and design implementation, advanced retrieval, paging inquiry, Marc's key techniques of the system testing and analysis.
