This thesis makes a systematic study to the design technology of airborne millimeter-wave radoms. It rounds quality control goal and makes use of advanced electrical design,mechanical design,meterial technical process examination to the whole product research process.Finally it finishes a millimetre-wave of airborne radome and fully meets the product quality request.To reach high penetration,low side-Lobe,low weight,high reliability of airborne millimeter-wave radoms, the basic frame work firstly compares the two ways of electrical design, namely ray tracing method and surface integration method from quality control. Secondly, it discusses the basic design ways of millimetre-wave of airborne radome from the two ways of electrical design and mechanical design. To ensure design quality, then it researches the technical propertity and dielectric properties of material and determines the technical progress of making millimetre-wave of airborne radome. It puts forward the assure measure of technical progress control and thickness test. It only raises an import height measurement to measure the thickness of airborne millimeter-wave radoms.In the end, it tests an airborne millimeter-wave radom and analysises the test results.
