Agriculture serves as an old industry in Chinese dynasties are indispensable, with the development of the times, agricultural production efficiency and sustainable development of science and technology。information technology and the quality of agricultural products and agricultural generator quality requirements are also getting higher and higher. As everyone knows, crop yield and quality in their period of growth is closely related to the environment, due to different geographical location and climate conditions and other factors, resulting in a variety of adverse environment will directly influence the growth of crops. Greenhouse can provide a good environment for crop growth advantage has been widely applied in modern agriculture, but the majority of greenhouse environment monitoring and control using artificial management, thus inevitably due to low precision, high labor intensity and monitoring timely malpractice, the results not only increases the cost, waste the human resources, but also very difficult to achieve the desired effect.In view of this situation, this article selection in greenhouse in the establishment of a wireless sensor network, the temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, light intensity and other traditional environmental factor of the greenhouse for distributed detection and real time data acquisition, meanwhile, has also introduced a crop form itself, the integration of soil-plant-atmosphere continuum (SPAC) in three aspect factor effect of new indexes, named acoustic emission of the crop. First o all, the traditional environmental factor, we through the sensor data acquisition, through the single-chip microcomputer with ADC channels to process data, then follow the ZIGBEE protocol of wireless chip for real-time monitoring. Secondly, for the plant acoustic emission, this paper adopts a more high-speed dedicated analog-to-digital conversion chip AD7671 and more TMS320VC5509 digital signal processor chip produced by TI company of the high-speed acquisition and data processing of the acoustic emission signal through the wireless module, the same data wireless transmission, and through C language program based on MCU and digital signal processor for data collection and processing and control the peripheral chip. Finally, the data collected through the wireless module to transmit and receive, displayed by the PC software system design based on LabVIEW, and the environmental parameters and acoustic emission signal monitoring and real-time processing by computer software, output spraying, irrigation valve open time, and call the crops diagnosis model of crop growth development to make the correct diagnosis, the corresponding control measures are given, so as to construct a complete greenhouse crop monitoring and control system.
