Internet Research Collaboration Model Equal Organization And Its Application

As one of the most important function of the university, research activities become more and more complexity, they show a character of cross-disciplinary and cross-cutting, they are no longer a simple isolated project. The traditional research methods can no longer satisfy people's demand of research. Now there are some small teams for research activities, but in those research activities the selection of group members is very limited and the communication is inefficient as a result of the constraint of the time and space, which slow the progress of scientific research.The development of the Internet break the boundaries of time and space, we can gather the outstanding experts and scholars around the world together through the network to take full use of the experts and scholars distributed around the country, what's more, Internet can also improve the communication efficiency. CSCW is an Internet theory, refers a group working together to complete a common task in a computer-supported environment. CSCW goes beyond the boundaries and space and brings a fundamental change in the way of cooperation.In this paper, I will use the CSCW theory in the field of research cooperation. I propose a new collaborative model—Equal Organization Model for research collaboration through the analysis of research active's characteristics and the old collaborative model. The model try to seek ways to improve the efficiency of science research collaboration from the four aspects exist in research collaboration:team building, members'management, collaborative process controlling and achievement's safety assurance.. EO model use self-organization apply mechanism and research-similarity audit mechanism to improve the quality of research participants; then it uses level-management to manage team members, which will improve management efficiency; EO model uses time node to achieve concurrency control on research activities and it uses RBAC to access the achievement of science research..Finally, I take intelligent science as an example to develop an intelligent science and technology research cooperation platform with EO Model, the platform provide an information sharing and project collaboration for researchers. The platform is an integrated collaborative environment for the exchange, it eliminates the barriers of time and space exist in research collaborative, and solve the problem of traditional research collaboration's low efficiency, meeting the user's actual needs.
