The Surface Plasmon Resonance detection technique has advantages as high sensitivity, label-free, less sample needed and real-time detection compared with traditional detection technique. So it was widely used in biometrics, clinic diagnosis, medicine, food detection and environmental monitor etc. However, most commercial SPR instruments have complex auto-sampler system, most of them are purchased from abroad, having disadvantages of large volume and high-cost, which limit their promotion of use. Therefore, the development of a fully automated, high sensitivity and low-cost SPR detection instrument, can effectively change the situation of detector, enlarge application range of detector, and bring huge social and economic benefits.This paper designed and developed an automatic monitoring and analysis software for a self-developed automatic dual-channel SPR detector. Data processing methods and performance calibration methods were studied for this SPR detector. The main research includes:SPR detector's monitoring and analysis software were developed using Visual C++ and Access database technique, and it was used for data collecting, processing, analyzing, displaying, saving and querying, also achieved automatic injector by communicating with the automatic sampling device.Research of data processing methods of SPR spectrum was developed. According to method for determining SPR angle, a centroid algorithm of without-baseline was proposed based on analysis of centroid algorithm, it not only improved computing speed and signal to noise ratio, but also broadened the research direction of centroid algorithm because of its different calculational area.According to the issue of nonstandard and ununified performance calibration methods for SPR sensor and detector, the standard calibration method of key performance indicators for SPR sensor and detector were proposed based on Summarizing domestic and international calibration methods.Analyzed the influence of three different centroid algorithms on SPR detector by using the experimental data obtained from experiment of Sodium Chloride. Measured the performance indicators of the self-developed SPR detector with self-proposed method by experiment of Sucrose.2,4-D biological inhibition experiments were carried out on self-developed SPR detector, analyzed their performance as well as possible problems, and verified the stability of software's automatic sample function.
