The surface plasmon resonance sensor is an optical sensing technology that is highly sensitive and does not require labeling of analytes.It detects the refractive index change by observing the spectral characteristics of the reflected light in real time,and then calculates the relevant information of the analyte according to the theoretical formula.In recent years,surface plasmon resonance technology has set off a research boom in many fields,especially in biosensing technology.However,due to some of the characteristics of the SPR sensor itself,the commercial product of the sensor is still mainly recommended to research laboratories for standard molecular characterization or screening.Therefore,the potential impact of this technology on other applications seems to have not been reflected to a large extent.How to improve its performance and promote its practical application has become a research hotspot.In this essay,some methods to improve the performance of SPR sensors are proposed for this phenomenon.In this essay,some methods are proposed to improve the performance of SPR sensors,and the feasibility of the method is proved by theory and experiment.This essay firstly analyzes some performance parameters of SPR sensor,and demonstrates the feasibility and reliability of genetic algorithm to optimize SPR performance by taking angle modulation SPR as an example.This method is faster than manually setting the film thickness.Especially with the emergence of more and more new materials,it shows the convenience of the method.Not only that,but by optimizing the multilayer structure in this way,it is also possible to select the best combination of materials.Then based on the optimization simulation,the SPR experimental system based on micro-spectrometer is built in combination with the existing conditions of the laboratory.The influence of spectral power distribution on RI resolution is verified.The results show that the results of the USB2000 spectrometer are better,and the best RI resolution is 1.85×10-6.It provides a theoretical reference for the performance improvement of wavelength modulated SPR system.Miniaturization is one of the development trends of SPR equipment.The micro-spectrometer is small in size,and the SPR system based on the micro spectrometer can reduce the volume of the SPR detection device.
