Reasearch On Temporal Konwledge Representation And Reasonig In Emergency Decision Support System

With the development of society and economy, it appears some new characters during the current marking-decision course such as the increasing decision factors influencing results, the expanding information domains, the increasing non-structured and complicated degree of decision problems, etc. Especially after the "911" terrorism and other emergencies happened, the temporal characters of disposed information, data and knowledge temporal characters, have become more and more importance. The marking-decision system urgently needs the disposed temporal information. In some system such as emergency decision support system the temporal information plays the crucial roles. The research on EDSS have academic model discuss and application above domestic and foreign, but those research focus on temporal relation data and manage, and temporal knowledge representation and reasoning relative lag.The research background of this paper is emergency decision support system, the paper discuss problems of the temporal representations and reasoning methods in this domain. It begins from the logical basic of temporal representation, and simple introduces temporal basic elements, modal logic, temporal logic and other knowledge.
