The garment industry has a long history of traditional industries. It is the leading industry of a country or region of early industrialization. Type of garment production in China is of small quantity and variety, the trend of the short-cycle development, fast product updates, fashion and seasonal, which requires the garment enterprises with a highly efficient production management system and implementation of information management. Customer-oriented distribution business is the core and center of the entire supply chain. Construction of the distribution system with characteristics of the apparel industry is a key part of garment enterprises. In this thesis, based on a medium-sized garment enterprise, distribution of information management system platform for enterprise was designed and one of the central part of the distribution network, optimized design, was developed and implementated to the system. The requirement analysis for the overall status of the enterprise, business processes and departments of information technology research ewasinvestigated. Based on the requirement analysis a distribution network for the enterprise information system was designed. The specific design elements include the overall function of system, technical requirements, the overall architecture, and the platform module design. This system includes the purchasing management module, the iventorymanagement module, marketing management modules of production management module, and financial management modules. The two modules:the distribution of sub-modules and inventory sub-module design were designed in detail including database design, the module input and output design, and user interface design.Second, under supply chain management environment, in order to strengthen the management of distribution links, optimize the network structure, find the best distribution strategy, and ultimately find the minimum cost of the supply chain for the clothing needs drag in multi-vendor, multi-product, multi-client distribution optimization of the distribution network design problem, this thesis considered the case of the distribution of demand, distribution network optimization model. Sites met the basic requirements wasselected to set up distribution centers, and surrounding areas in each customer will be agents and distributors for product distribution. Thereby the manufacturer to distribution centers (first level), distributors (second level), distribution of forms of organization by the distribution center constitute a secondary distribution network. In order to solve the optimization model, the algorithm based on hybrid genetic algorithm for solving mixed integer 0-1 programming problem was presented, which is a genetic algorithm to search for the optimal solution of the 0-1 variables. Finally, an example simulation experiments to verify the correctness of the optimization model and the algorithm was given. The simulation results show that the model is of concise and objective. Finally, the optimization algorithm is incorporatedto the system. The re-distribution function was added to set up two distribution centers and distribution points, and to add or reduce the distribution points. Testing results further verifiedthe correctness and practicality of the optimization system.
