With the deep development of China’s economic, the use of luggage, clothing, footwear and toys is much more, which makes the zipper market growing, and zipper manufacturing enterprises developing rapidly. But faced with the tough macroeconomic environment:inflation, the rising of raw material prices and labor costs, manufacturing trade barriers and intense competition, domestic zipper manufacturing enterprises’ operating costs are increasing. To alleviate the pressure, enterprises began to focus on the enterprise’s logistics. Distribution, a core aspect of logistics, also is very important for the enterprise’s resource optimization. In addition, the proper selection of vehicle routing is the key for customers to evaluate the efficiency of distribution, so to plan the distribution routing using an appropriate method, is conducive for enterprises to manage distribution in standard, speed up the development of the transition to modern manufacturing enterprises, reduce the cost of enterprises, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and solve the problem of enterprises’ development now. Therefore, how to optimize the distribution routing reasonably, promote the efficiency of enterprises distribution and reduce the operation cost of enterprises is an important problem in zipper manufacturing enterprises to cope with the external crisis and industry competition.This article is based on Z zipper manufacturing enterprise. Besides, it analysises the distribution of Z zipper manufacturing enterprise, and it establishes vehicle distribution routing model in collecting information and data, and uses genetic algorithms and MATLAB software to solve the model, and then makes recommendations for distribution, in order to achieve Z zipper manufacturing enterprise to reduce costs and improve efficiency.First of all, the article introduces and analysises the distribution of Z enterprise. Forthly, the article establishes vehicle distribution routing model, and introduce the method for solving program,then according to the ideas, article uses genetic algorithms and MATLAB software to solve the model. Finally, the article analyzes the solutions, find that the program can reduce distribution costs; delivery times and the time of drawing up distribution routing effectively.The article gives the suggestions like to improve the business operations from a business management perspective, improve distribution monitoring system, improve demand forecasting capabilities, establish distribution of information systems. The optimization recommendations are to protect the process of Z enterprise distribution developing. Through the above study of the optimization of distribution routing can also make the meaningful recommendations and references for the zipper industry distribution.
