Design And Implementation Of Weifang University Professional Titles' Evaluation System

With the rapid development of hi-tech, information technology have come to pervade every aspect of our lives. Along with the implementation of current professional titles'evaluation works are in the process step by step, traditional vote method is a kind of waste time with a lot of written material. Weifang University's professional title evaluation implements through the traditional manner, the professional titles'evaluation work becomes increasingly heavy; there is a dire need for an efficient evaluation system in order to make sure that our professional title evaluation work progresses smoothly. In this case, to design the efficient evaluation system will be our top priority. But now each unit doesn't have a unified evaluation system because of different circumstances.This paper's main contents is design and implementation of Weifang University professional titles'evaluation system, it gives a detailed description with demand analysis, system analysis, summarized design, detailed design and the entire progress of system test. This paper analyzed the above programs according to the principle of software engineering and divided the professional title evaluation system into demand analysis and functional model, designed database structure and application procedure in accordance with the software engineering method. This system includes three parts, vote management, Authority Management and candidates'information management.This evaluation system is realized by My Eclipse development tool, based on MVC frame of Struts and B/S model. This evaluation system is designed in accordance with the actual demand of the professional titles'evaluation work in Weifang University; It reached the requirements of evaluation work and improved the efficiency of professional titles'evaluation work.
