The Design Of General University Human Resource Management Information System

This paper discusses in depth the Colleges'and universities'Human Resource Management System analyzes in detail the management information system based on Browser/Server structure, which is different from the traditional ones. Some of domestic units have developed "Web-based personnel management information system" using advanced Web technologies and broadband networks. This paper takes them as examples, integrating very tightly with the universities'and colleges'personal information management requirements, and investigates the scheme, the characteristics of functions and the key technologies in designing system database.This paper discusses in depth the Colleges'and universities'Human Resource Management System analyzes in detail the management information system based on Browser/Server structure, which is different from the traditional ones. This paper takes them as examples, integrating very tightly with the universities'and colleges'personal information management requirements, and investigates the scheme, the characteristics of functions and the key technologies in designing system database.According to the author's years of experience in colleges and universities human resource management department, this paper designs a human resources management information system and proposes Browser/Server/Database Servers mode system scheme. Using the top-down design method, firstly we study the system requirements, and then follow in turn database modeling, system architecture designing, system interface designing and security designing. The designed system can be applied in the university human resources department.
